No pill or tea "cleans" your colon. It's a muscle doing its job continuously, and the two things that actually change how well it works are what you eat and how much you drink. Here's a routine built around that, not around a product.
Morning: start with fibre, not coffee alone
A coffee-only breakfast gives you caffeine and nothing else. Add 3-4 kurma and a glass of water before the coffee, and you've covered part of your daily fibre target before 8am. Dates carry roughly 6-7g of fibre per 100g along with potassium — useful, not magic.
Midday: the oats-and-date combination
Chop two or three dates into a bowl of oats soaked overnight in water or milk. Add nothing else if you're in a hurry. The oats bring soluble fibre, the dates bring sweetness so you don't need sugar, and together they hold you until the afternoon without a slump. This is the simplest fix for people who say they "don't have time" to eat better.
Afternoon: water counts as much as food
Fibre without enough water can leave you more bloated, not less — a mistake people make when they suddenly load up on bran or seeds. A rough guide is 1.5-2 litres a day, more in Malaysia's heat. If you added fibre this week and feel worse, check your water intake before blaming the fibre.
Evening: walk it off
A 10-15 minute walk after dinner does more for digestion than most people expect. It's free, it takes no planning, and it's the one habit on this list people skip most often.

If bowel changes are sudden, painful, or don't resolve in a couple of weeks, see a doctor — no amount of fibre substitutes for that.
